Our clipping machines attach a plastic clip as a closure and achieve up to 30 closures per minute. The machines have a large display with clip counter and an alarm that goes off when the end of the clip reel is reached.

- HP inkjet printer

Our clipping machine closes the bag from the top and attaches the clip to the already preformed bag. The special corrugated welding guarantees an airtight seal of the bag and preserves the freshness of the product. On request, it is possible to use an INK or embossing printer (DP), a hot foil printer (HF) or an inkjet printing system (HP) to print expiry date or additional data.

Horizontal product packaging? No problem for our DE480LAT clipping machine!

The DE480LAT model is suitable for closing all bakery and confectionery products that need to be packed horizontally. The machine can be integrated in form fill and seal machines, flow pack machines or bread slicers, in case of sliced bread. It also guarantees a tamper-proof closure.

Twist-tying made easy with our DEM104TW!

Small, fast, powerful... electronic: Our machine can work without compressed air and is very suitable for workshops due to its practical handling. Equipped our DEM104TW with a display that allows to count the number of twist closures made.

Bag closing and sealing with one machine: DEA104TS

Thanks to the Twist & Seal function, the DEA104TS twist-tying machine produces a package ready for sale, without any further manual operations. The integrated feeding system guides the product from the entrance of the machine to the exit of the machine, coordinating the two phases - the sealing of the bag and the application of the twist-tie. The conveyor belt is height adjustable and allows a perfect sealed end product!

Our Twist-Tying machine DEA104LAT with intermittent motorized belt transport system as side shift function is suitable for closing products that need to be packed horizontally. Ideal for sliced bread, panettone cake, piadina, Arabic bread and many more. 

It guarantees a tamper-proof closure.
